We collect information to provide and improve our services. Depending on your role, we may collect:

• Account data—name, email, phone number, profile photo and role (Client / Coach / Rehab Specialist).
• Booking history—class schedules, rehabilitation sessions, appointments and attendance.
• Health and fitness data—only if you voluntarily provide it, such as injury notes, goals or recovery plans.
• Payment information—if payment functionality becomes available, payment details may be processed by payment partners; ZerenFit does not store full card details.
• Device and usage data—app version, device model and interaction logs used to improve performance.

How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Manage your account and role-based access.
• Enable class, training and health-service bookings.
• Send reminders, confirmations and updates about your sessions.
• Personalise your experience based on the information and booking history you provide.
• Improve our platform and customer support.

Role-specific notes

Client. Your booking data and progress notes may be shared with your Coach or Rehabilitation Specialist to tailor your sessions.

Coach. Coaches may have access to their clients’ session history and goals and may update progress within the app.

Rehabilitation Specialist. Specialists may view rehabilitation plans, injury notes and recovery milestones to provide care.

Data sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only:

• With your explicit consent.
• With trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as hosting, notifications and any approved payment providers.
• If required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Data security

We implement measures intended to protect your data, including encryption, access controls and security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your login credentials safe.

Your rights

You may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

Cookies & tracking

We use minimal cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. The previous policy states that ZerenFit does not use third-party tracking for advertising purposes. You can manage cookie settings in your browser or device.

ZerenFit is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted where required.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We may notify you of material changes by email or through the app. The latest version will be made available through ZerenFit’s digital services.
