TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Roles & Account Responsibility

ZerenFit’s previous Terms describe three user roles with specific access and responsibilities:

• Client—individuals booking fitness classes, personal training or rehabilitation sessions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their participation.
• Coach—trainers who deliver workouts and guidance. Coaches must maintain required credentials and provide a safe training environment.
• Rehabilitation Specialist—professionals who design or supervise rehabilitation services and must uphold applicable professional standards and confidentiality obligations.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account. The previous Terms direct suspected unauthorised access to support@zerenfit.com.

2. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows

The Service enables fitness, training and health-service bookings.

• Cancellation policy—the previous Terms state that a booking may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time without penalty, and that late cancellations may incur a fee.
• No-show policy—failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in a charge and could affect future bookings.
• Rehabilitation services—specific cancellation terms should be confirmed with the assigned practitioner.

3. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information, including information about health status or identity.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against any user, coach or staff member.
• Disrupt classes, appointments or the normal operation of the facility.
• Share your account with others or use the Service for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or another user’s data.

4. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Medical advisory. ZerenFit training content and programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Zeren Health services are provided separately by relevant practitioners and remain subject to their professional obligations.

Physical exercise and rehabilitation activities may involve inherent risks, including injury, illness or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You are responsible for considering whether participation is appropriate for you and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

You should listen to your body and modify or stop an activity if you feel unwell. This clause must be reviewed alongside the final healthcare disclaimer before publication.

5. Payments & Fees

Payment functionality is currently recorded as an upcoming feature. The previous Terms’ payment, refund and price-change provisions require confirmation before payment functionality is represented as available or this clause is published as final.

6. Intellectual Property

Content within the ZerenFit app—including logos, graphics, workout plans, rehabilitation protocols and software—is the property of ZerenFit or its licensors and may be protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

7. Termination & Suspension

The previous Terms reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if a user violates the Terms, endangers others or disrupts the Service. Upon termination, the right to use the Service ceases.

8. Limitation of Liability

The previous Terms seek to limit ZerenFit’s liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, including liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. The scope and any monetary limitation require legal review and remain subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

10. Changes to These Terms
